New 50 x 30 x 12 barn to be built on property at end of driveway. Barn will be used to house horses and horse feed/hay. Barn meets all snow and wind load codes for El Paso County. Old barn behind house will be torn down and removed once new barn is completed and safe for horse use. Barn is being constructed by Southern Panhandle Metals and will be fully insulated. No concrete pad is being poured, but building area will be professionally leveled and road base put down, and drainage accounted for.
