Description of Agricultural Exemption:

2688 sq.ft. Steel roofed and steel sided barn with cupola, a 12’ by 12’ entry door, a standard man door and exterior stall covered overhangs. To include storage for feed, hay and equipment ,being a tractor for use of feed and hay duties as well as removal of animal waste and implements related to doing these tasks.The primary purpose of the barn is to house horses, goats and or chickens in future.

Exterior Appearance:

Appropriately sized doors to allow for livestock and/or agricultural implements and machinery to enter and exit the structure (REQUIRED); Dutch Doors; Barn Cupola; Exterior Stalls; Shelter Overhang; Appropriate siding material for weather exposure;

Use of the Structure:

Shelter for livestock (including hen chickens) or for the storage of the feed and equipment relating to the care, training, raising, and/or maintenance of the livestock (including hen chickens);
