40x60 metal pole barn to store yard tractor, mowers and equipment to maintain my property (mowing pastures, raking manure, fencing posts, moving hay, all agricultural uses). The Building will be built by Lester Buildings out of Penrose Co. The building will be gray in color with charcoal trim. The building will have two service doors; one for entry and one in the rear for animals. The rear door will exit into a fenced in area for goats / chickens.
It will have two 10x10 doors to allow a tractor to pull in. The floor will consist of a compact aggregate so it will be solid / firm enough for animals to walk on. There will also have rubber matts down for the animals as well to stand on. The interior of the pole barn will also have shelves for feed/hay storage, a tach room. There will also be room to store building materials for maintaining the property and the animals. We will also have an area for egg storage, prep, and cleaning.
