Description of Agricultural Exemption:

22' x 40' post beam construction lean to style barn that has slanted shed roof design that will house livestock and Agricultural implements and machinery. Barn will be used for horses and storage for tractor that is used for pasture mowing, movement of hay and manure spreading. Barn will not use same roof line. Roof will be a single slope shed style roof that will slope from west to east

Exterior Appearance:

Appropriately sized doors to allow for livestock and/or agricultural implements and machinery to enter and exit the structure (REQUIRED); Dutch Doors; Shelter Overhang; Appropriate siding material for weather exposure;

Use of the Structure:

Shelter for livestock (including hen chickens) or for the storage of the feed and equipment relating to the care, training, raising, and/or maintenance of the livestock (including hen chickens); Agricultural implements and machinery, such as tractors and tractor attachments, when used as part of a farming or ranching operation as defined in Chapter 1 of this Code (Minimum of 35 acres);
