Description of Agricultural Exemption:
The pole barn will be built 24x44x16 with a standard gable roof. It will have a 14x14 ft roll up door for moving tractor/skidsteer in and out as well as 2 9x8 ft roll up doors that will allow for us to seal the barn during the winter for heating and yet provide ample access for modular stalls to move animals in/out of the structure. The exterior will be white and black stainless steel sheet metal. The tractor/skid steer will be used for moving large hay bales, cleaning stalls, installing fence/gate posts and other necessary farm tasks. The structure will not be used as part of a business that will be accessed by the public or employees.
