The barn is going to be a 32x64 pole barn construction on a 40.33 acre parcel with metal roof and siding. The floor will be concrete and the building will be used for storage of organic livestock feed and hay, and equipment consisting of; tractor, auger, rear landscaping blade, mower, rototiller, electric fencing equipment such as chargers, posts and lines. Additionally, there will be portable milking equipment stored in the barn. The barn will be used occasionally to house livestock during inclement weather, brood chickens, and the operations of a micro dairy for the production of milk which requires the daily milking of limited milk cows for personal consumption, processing of the milk and the cleaning of used equipment to insure sanitation standards are met., cold storage eventually may be added to the facility but for now two free-standing chest freezers will be utilized. for the storage of farm products,
