This will be a vacant structure until the new owner buys the property. New owner will be made aware this building is for agricultural use only. Center is 24 x 30 x 14, left enclosed lean to is 12 x 30 x9 and of course the right lean to is open 10 x 30 x 8. Enclosed total area 1080 sq ft

Exterior Appearance:

Appropriately sized doors to allow for livestock and/or agricultural implements and machinery to enter and exit the structure (REQUIRED); Shelter Overhang; Appropriate siding material for weather exposure;

Use of the Structure:

Shelter for livestock (including hen chickens) or for the storage of the feed and equipment relating to the care, training, raising, and/or maintenance of the livestock (including hen chickens); Agricultural implements and machinery, such as tractors and tractor attachments, when used as part of a farming or ranching operation as defined in Chapter 1 of this Code (Minimum of 35 acres);
