Description of Agricultural Exemption:
This structure will be used for the storage of hay and feed for horses along with some equipment to work the land. The equipment will include a UTV for hauling water and hay/feed. The UTV will also be used to pull a small disc/harrow to cultivate and plant grasses in the pastures. We will also have a water trailer that will be kept in the structure. The structure will have a dirt floor, no electricity, and no plumbing. This is the only structure on the land. This structure measures 40' X 60'. We are currently working with Double El Conservation District to build live wind breaks and soil management for pastures.
