Description of Agricultural Exemption:
This pole barn is used for animal shelter and storage of feed, materials and equipment used to take care of farm animals. This property and pole barn is used for and considered to be a ranching operation with horses and chickens. Pole barn being built is a 40'x50'x16'. The pole barn is to have metal siding, metal roof, wood structure members and 10ft overhang for additional shelter on east side. The front of the barn will have a 3ft walk-in door along with a 16'x14' overhead door. The tractor is to be used to move and lift feed, hay, bedding material for horses and chickens around pole barn, stalls and upper loft and clean/spread animal manure. The east side of the barn is to have 3 interior stalls with sliding doors exiting to the east underneath the lean too. An interior chicken coop will also be on the east side with a chicken run going out to the east. The interior of the pole barn is to have a dirt floor with loft above the stalls on the east side of the barn.
