Description of Agricultural Exemption:
2400 sq ft barn to house horses, goats, chickens and associated equipment, food and products. Building is steel sided with pass through breezeway and protective overhang.
The building will be used to store hay, chicken feed, oats, mineral supplements, scratch grains and other livestock feed. Tack and other support products not limited to: brushes, blankets, buckets, bits, bridles, saddles, cinches, horseshoes, and pest deterrent will also be stored.
A small tractor to transport hay and manure as well as assist in tending and seeding pasture will also be stored in the barn. Other equipment, not limited to: livestock trailer, hay forks, fence post hole digger, seeder/spreader, drag harrow and bucket will also be stored.
