10 x 32 Animal Shelter/Tackroom - See attached photo. Attached site plan depicts the proposed location along with offsets to the property lines, noted in red. Structure consists of 10 x 12 Animal Shelter and attached 10 x 20 tack room that will be used to house poultry, fowl, and rabbits. Structure will store hay, pelletized feed, and equipment used in animal care. Equipment hand tools, heated H2O tank, and pet carriers for transport. Structure will not house motorized vehicles or tractors.The animals in the structure will produce eggs and meat that is consumed within the home.Structure is made of lumber and has painted/finished wood siding that will be painted to match other structures on the property. The structure will be modified to have a matching overhang from the north side to provide shelter for animals. The structure will be erected on a compressed road base pad and will be secured to the ground by an appropriately sized shed tie down kit.
