Description
The structure is a pole barn design 30' wide x 44' in length. The barn stall is for livestock and there is a turkey/chicken pen area. The construction is a post, stringer, rafter and roofing construction. Posts are 4"x6"x16' treated posts with 12' above ground and 4' in ground. They are situated every 10'-12' along with 2x10, 2x6 or 2x4 headers, depending on location. The rafters are engineered designed and built by Foxworth-Galbraith. They are 24" apart. The roof is a 4:12 pitch with 50-year elk roof shingles installed by Woodland Park Roofing. Exterior: Exterior Siding with board and batten finishing. stained. Doors:There are 2 typically "garage" style doors in front for ease of access. There is a large barn style door with a stall for livestock.
