Request Agricultural Exemption (AG) to build a 46x60 Agricultural Structure (barn) on my property at 7250 McShane Rd in Black Forest, Colorado. The structure will have an enclosed 34x60 portion and a 12x60 shelter overhang. The structure will be used as shelter for livestock, which may including but not limited to: chickens (hens only), goats, and rabbits. The building use will also include storage of the feed and equipment related to the care, raising, and maintenance of the livestock and products associated. The building will not store agricultural implements or machinery.
