12/10/20 - Approved previously approved 12/7/20 site review for addition to existing house (1,040 SF 1st floor footprint to include mud room, 1/2 bath, kitchen (old kitchen remodeled into laundry room), living/dining room, covered 320 SF entry porch, and 2nd floor 800 SF recreation room). 12/7/20 - Approved addition to existing house (1,040 SF 1st floor footprint to include mud room, 1/2 bath, kitchen (old kitchen remodeled into laundry room), living/dining room, covered 320 SF entry porch, and 2nd floor 800 SF recreation room). 11/13/20 - Disapproved addition to existing house - 1) Address RBD Construction comments; 2) Site plan not current; use site plan submitted for approved classroom addition and depict proposed addition to existing house with dimensional setback measurements from structure to lot lines (reference Edarp file ADU2036, RBD Plan Set R132996); 3) Denote the square footage of the upper and lower addition to existing house onto site plan; 4) In addition to submitted architectural plans, provide current existing house main level floor plan and proposed new main level floor plan showing how existing areas are being remodeled; 5) Review approval is for current scope of work only; all future work is not included in review. 9/2/20 - Disapproved addition to existing SFD. 1) Address RBD Construction comments. 2) If existing kitchen is not being removed, all members on title for property must complete a Second Kitchen Compliance Affidavit (a copy of which has been uploaded into plan set), have their signatures notarized and record the original affidavit with El Paso County Clerk and Recorder's Office. A copy of the recorded affidavit will need to be uploaded into resubmitted plan set. 3) Denote the square footage for upper and lower addition to existing SFD. 4) Depict existing driveway onto site plan.
