8/19/19 RESIDENCE - Denied new custom SFD with attached 1,203 SF garage, 112 SF (8x14) uncovered front patio, 160 SF (8x20) uncovered front patio, 260 SF (10x26) covered front entry patio, 640 SF rear deck, unfinished basement with 168 SF cellar. NOTE: 1) Must submit original guest house affidavit to PCD; EPC County Clerk & Recorders Office requires original signed notarized affidavit; 2) Configuration & area of existing cabin on site plan does not match assessors sketch area addendum; site inspection dated 2/16/17; 3) Must submit completed driveway access permit application for 2nd access off Burgess Rd for new SFD & vacate 3rd eastern access on Burgess Rd, must have easement access agreement for northern accesses to parcel from adjacent properties.
