Review 1: PCD Engineering has no comments relating to drainage or transportation, however please see note below.

- There are no Driveway Access Waivers on file for existing driveways. A Driveway Access Waiver is required for all parcels within unincorporated El Paso County proposing access onto a road not platted as county right-of-way.
Please apply for a driveway access waiver through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided. The verification code will be needed to access the application online.

- Per El Paso County Resolution 16-454, the Road Impact Fee will be applicable for any new land use approval generating new trips. The fee will be accessed at final land use approval. Please visit: https://publicworks.elpasoco.com/road-impact-fees/ for further information and to see the fee schedule.
