The recent submittal does not represent the vacate of ROW. Applicants can either amend the plat, or we can take a separate resolution and deed to the BoCC for approval.

Either option is possible, if this is to be continued by plat we will require additional changes to the LOI and final plat.

As currently drafted, the boundary of the plat does not include the ROW to be vacated and thus will not operate to vacate the ROW. A separate resolution of the BoCC vacating the ROW and approving a deed to the school district will be required.
