Planner to set engineer re-review period for NTE 7 days. Resubmittal will be reviewed upon receipt.

-GEC plan with std notes and ENGR signatures
-Site Dev Plan with entry curb radius to 20ft and entrance width to 25ft. (Utility plan to match SDP for curb return 20ft)
-Standard Design Detail 2-26 added to Site Dev Plan.
-Final owner signatures on required documents will be obtained after final review close out.

1. It appears this office/warehouse building is for a single tenant, if this is not the case, please provide secondary addressing for the building. Link to our secondary addressing guide https://www.pprbd.org/File/Resources/Downloads/Addressing/SECONDARY_ADDRESS_REQUEST_FORM.pdf
2. The proposed office/warehouse can use the platted address of 7920 Industry Road when submitting plans to RBD for permit.
3. It appears both the fence and the trash enclosure will be less than 7’ in height. No separate address or permit will be required.
4. No further comments.
