1. Permit history with Regional Building Department (RBD) for T-Mobile is 9295 Drennan Road. This address does not make logical sense now that this area has been built out. Since Sprint & T-Mobile are now one, Enumerations would like to merge the two as one address. The current address for Sprint is 3586 Saguaro Circle. The address for T-Mobile will now be this address. An official address change will be completed by this department and sent to you prior to a new permit being issued with RBD. 2. A Driveway Access Permit is required for all access points within unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a driveway access permit through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. A verification code will be sent to the email provided.
