Regarding a request for approval of an accessory dwelling, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. This new dwelling will require a separate address. Enumerations has assigned the address of 245 N Page Rd. for the new residence. This is the address that should be used when submitting building plans.

Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD

The Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD does not have any issue with the Lirette's adding a second dwelling. The district does allow up to 2 homes, however their well permit only allows for 1 home. They will need to amend their well permit to reflect 2 dwellings. They can not have over 2 homes per our rules and regulations. 11/3/2021 11:10:45 AM
