Description
COM to amend site plan per AL166 approval. Per applicant, size/scale of operation has not increased such that it no longer complies with the limitation of the conditions of approval for special use permit. Bulk/scale of business, hay storage, and hay sales are consistent with approved special use permit and limitations therein. Site plan amendment is to reflect the revised location of hay storage/sales on the property. Applicant is aware that a new/revised special use permit will be required in the event that the scale/scope of the operation increases beyond the allowances within existing special use.

Date and a graphic scale
The footprint of all existing and proposed buildings and the setback distances from each existing and proposed structure to the property lines
Please label which shed are shed 1, 2, and 3
