FYI: There is no Driveway Access Permit on file for existing driveways. A Driveway Access Permit or Waiver is required for all access points onto a county or private road within unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a commercial driveway access waiver through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. The application will be sent to the email provided.
