FYI:
There is no Driveway Access Permit on file for existing driveways. A Driveway Access Permit or Waiver is required for all access points onto a county or private road within unincorporated El Paso County. Please apply for a commercial driveway access waiver through EDARP, https://epcdevplanreview.com/ . Under "Getting Started" click on "Initiate a minor application", select Access Permit, and enter a valid email address. The application will be sent to the email provided.
The fee associated with the commercial driveway access waiver is waived because the buildings were built
before 1973.

6761 Shoup Road was assigned to what was Nextel at the time. From our understanding Nextel, Qwest, Sprint are all now T-Mobile. Please Chang the address on all the sheet to 6761 Shoup Road.
