Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Sun Hills Subdivision Fil. No. 3A, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The addresses for the existing lots will not change with the replat. Enumerations will review the mylar as usual prior to recording. No Enumerations fee will be due at the time of mylar review.

Academy SD 20 Building Fund

Academy District 20 is in receipt of File #SF2021 requesting approval for a two lot subdivision at 1350 & 1360 Rangley Road.. The application also lists the address as 1350 & 1360 Rangley Drive.

The district is requesting fees in lieu of land dedication per the existing El Paso County Code for any and all new residential units constructed within this subdivision.
