On the site plan, show the existing 20 foot drainage easement as shown in the approved Plat #11900. Ensure that the proposed garage and secondary access location are not within this drainage easement.

A driveway access permit was not found on file with El Paso County for the existing driveway. A driveway access permit must be obtained for both the existing access location and the proposed secondary access to the garage. Please see attached the permit application. Once filled out the application can be sent to petrarangel@elpasoco.com. You will be applying for primary and secondary curb and gutter access permits.
