The drainage report and traffic study are labeled as the "approved" versions in the descriptions; however they are not. If any other revisions are necessary, Table 1 in Section 2.303(6)(b) should be revised to indicate that the Construction Permit and ESQCP are issued by EPC PCD rather than DPW. No further Engineering comments. |

Please note, a temp use submitted by Mortenson was denied on May 21, 2019 for living quarters, fuel storage, heavy equipment storage on the laydown area. Living quarters and fuel storage are not allowed under the WSE-O and are not included in the supporting documentation for the 1041. The construction workers will need to stay overnight off-site. The Emergency Response plan is not completed. The plan does not address wild land fire / grass land fire protocol. Has the applicant worked with the Fire District for specific procedures; the facility is live and poses a danger to personal if not un-energized before emergency responders enter site. Has training been set up with the District? Emergency response plan should be written in conjunction with the Office of Emergency Management for El Paso County per condition of approval. Please review all WSE-O files in EDARP and add to the existing WSE-O map. |
