Please clarify the following statement in your letter of intent, "The proposed use will increasing the average daily trips from what the current uses generate. The current businesses location generates approximately 75 to 80 daily trips total. This would be an increase of approximately 50 from the current uses."

The statement provided in the letter of intent is not clear on what the difference in trip generation will be due to the rezone.
This application is for the rezone of the property. Identify the potential change in average daily trips generated specifically with the rezone from C-2 to CS.
