Per LDC 4.2.4: Landscaping. Landscaping and any landscaping design guidelines established within the development plan or development guide shall conform to the requirements of this Code, with the exception of local residential roads pursuant to Section 6.2.B.2.e. of this Code. No building permit shall be issued for any building or any portion of a PUD district until the landscaping required by the landscape plan is in place or a landscaping completion agreement has been entered into which complies with the requirements of Chapter 6 of this Code.

The landscaping plan submitted does not quantify the required landscaping vs what is being provided. Please add a chart.

Enumerations will need to see the approval of the street name, Appaloosa Road being extended across Hwy 105, from El Paso/Teller County 9-1-1 Authority, in an email. I understand there is an Affidavit of Correction allowing the road extension across Highway 105 but, the street name may need to be a different street name.

STANDARD ENUMERATIONS COMMENTS-DEVELOPMENT PLAN:

1. For assignment of addressing for lots and tracts, place (xxx) where they are intended to be utilized. Lot marker placement to be front door.

2. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire APPROVED development to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the DP will be placed on a list to be addressed.

3. An email from El Paso/Teller County 9-1-1 Authority, reserving the street name is required to be emailed to the Enumerations department. Amy@pprbd.org
