No comments and no further review required unless Planner advises differently. Any easements or other conveyances of property interests will require CAO review and approval. Cole Emmons 8/8/19 8/8/2019 1:10:14 PM

Comment provided by Elizabeth Nijkamp, 719-520-7852

A deviation has been approved for the placement of the water line within the public ROW to be at a depth of 4' instead of the EPC criteria which states 5' depth, and shall be uploaded by the project manager. Note that vertical separation on all lines shall meet Federal and State regulations.

Please submit an ESQCP (attached)
Please submit WQ deviations per conservations between Brock Hodgson and Elizabeth Nijkamp.

On the GEC, update the signature blocks to include the names of those signing and update the notes to the current 27 Standard GEC notes (please see attachment)

In the construction drawings refer to ECM Chapter 4, Section 4.3.6.A.1 Water Lines. "At no time shall water service lines be placed less than 5 feet in depth measured perpendicularly to the ground line, at any point of the road cross section, to the right-of-way line."

Approval of the construction drawings is contingent upon adherence to ECM Section 4.3.6.A.1 Water Lines. Please show and call out a minimum of 5 foot cover within public Right of Way for all water lines.

Once this item has been resolved, please submit all engineering documents with PE Seal and signature for approval.

Thank you,

Beck Grimm

EPC needs confirmation if you will receive an exemption of the MS4 permit requirements or if you will fall under the EPC MS4 permit.

We understand that this is a CERCLA project and that precludes the County from requiring any permits or approvals. We understand that we are acting as a review agency for the project to simply identify any large discrepancies in what is being proposed in comparison to our regulations.

1. Numerous items were not submitted but instead we have been told they will be provided for review at a later date. Please be aware that due to them not being provided we cannot provide you with any substantive comments regarding these items. Please submit the remaining requested items as soon as possible.
2. The proposed project may impact private property. Please coordinate with the private property owners for the work adjacent to and on their property.
