Redlines were made on the Grading and Erosion Control plans for the purposes of the Site Development Plan Submittal; they have been uploaded. Enumerations/Floodplain has the following comments: 1. An access road should be named from north of Birdsall Road and beyond. Access roads need to be named. Communication with El Paso County 9-1-1 Authority for names. 2. The number of addresses per area will depend on the amount of meters. Each meter will receive a separate address. Electric plan review has agreed to look at your ONELINE drawing prior to plan submittal for permit to Regional Building. Also included a site plan showing locations of meters on the access roads proposed to be named to determine the amount of meters for addressing. Email Amy Vanderbeek amy@pprbd.org for clarification. 3. Any standalone building will also receive a separate address. 4. What is the address to the existing Palmer Solar & Williams Creek solar project that are proposed to be decommissioned, as stated in Exhibit B; intent letter page 2-2. Planning Commission concerns that shall be addressed with the 1041 permit application: As indicated in the WSE-O application; the decommissioning plan is to become more detailed as the project progresses. Please provide the details within the plan as the PPA is final. Please provide a Emergency Response Plan that addresses the solar array operator's procedure and CSU's procedure including time lines for the entire overlay (substations, transmissions lines, and solar panels). Please provide documentation from the US FWS regarding the clearance; wetlands have been identified within the boundary. |
