Application could not be approved as is. Per approving manager, include Criteria of Approval and how you meet that criteria listed in Section 5.3.2.C of the Land Development Code. Please include this information in your Letter of Intent and resubmit. The next review should be shortened and there will not be a need to send out neighbor notification again.

Engineering has comments for the following documents:

Letter of Intent
-Clarify if the 60-70 access times is average daily trips or vehicles. A trip is when a vehicle either enters or exits the property. If this is vehicles, then include that it is roughly 120-140 average daily trips, in which a traffic memo will be required to be submitted.
-Add a statement that the drainage from the proposed use will not adversely impact the adjacent properties
-Add PCD File Number AL196 to the letter of intent

Site Plan
-Identify the property line
-Show the adjacent property owners
-Show the distance from the structures to the closet property line
-Add PCD File Number AL196 to the site plan
