Black Forest Land Use Committee

The Black Forest Land Use Committee recommends approval of this Special Use Permit.

The applicant has a very neat yard where the equipment is kept and does not disturb his neighbors. The neighbors are all in agreement that his equipment yard is just fine as it is. The applicant has helped neighbors in all directions with tree removal, snow removal and other jobs that he can do with his equipment.

The applicant uses this equipment for the community. He is on call 24/7 for snow removal for the fire station and for equipment help during a fire.

The Land Use Committee does not believe that the county should require a fence around this equipment. This is an unnecessary requirement in this case.
