The Black Forest Land Use Committee understands there are many home businesses in the Black Forest who operate most efficiently out of their home residence property. We welcome these businesses because they don't generate traffic or impact neighbors in a way that interferes with the rural, residential flavor of the Black Forest. We recommend approval of this request because it will not impact the neighbors negatively and these neighbors have all been contacted and gave their approval to the home business. |
