Pikes Peak Regional Building Department
4/23/2020 8:21:38 AM
Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for an office/manufacturing building, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The current building on the site addressed as 22325 Hwy 94 will need to have a finalized demolition permit prior to Enumerations approving any building plans for the new structure.
2. This location is supposed to be platted as part of the Ellicott Town Center Filing No. 2 project. Since this lot will not have direct access to Hwy 94, an address will be assigned for this parcel from Cattlemen Run or Springs Rd., or both, one of which should be used as the address for this building.
3. The trash enclosure shown in this plan will require a separate address and building permit. This address will be assigned at the time of plan review.

After property is platted, the parcel number will change. You will need to update each document with the correct parcel number at that time. 4/23/2020 7:56:38 AM
