Please see attached redlines. Per the Early Assistance meeting, if the lot line was adjusted in 1972 then the southern lot does not exist. If the southern lot is intending to stay, then the lot in question will need to be created through the vacate replat process. Regarding a request for approval of administrative relief for parcel 71320-02-029, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Enumerations has no objection to the administrative relief request, we would just point out that there is currently no address associated with this parcel. The owner should contact Enumerations prior to submitting any building plans to establish an address. Floodplain has no comment or objection.
