An open-ditch driveway access permit must be obtained for the existing driveway onto Sioux Trail because there is not currently a permit on file. Since the home was built prior to 1970, the fee for the permit will be waived. The permit application must be submitted to the front desk of Planning and Community Development. Provide a north arrow on your site plans. Include PCD File No. BOA187 on all submitted documents. |

On the proposed site map you will need to show the existing 4"/1" CIP public water main there are two in the area. The reason is because you propose to relocate the waste septic system I need to see what kind of separation is between the septic and water main. Please show this on the drawing with a scale please. If you have any questions please give me a call thanks Al. 719-668-8769 | 11/5/2018 11:59:17 AM |
