Please review unresolved comments about vacuum bays being over the CSU water easement. This may result in all new submittal documents. Once resolved, either by removal of the vacuum bays, or a letter of support from CSU, please inform planner as additional documents may be required to be resubmitted. Before construction can be started, the applicant will be required to contact Paul Wiggs for a pre-construction meeting. Any collateral will be due and the construction inspections fees will be due at that time. |

Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for a car wash at 2437 N. Marksheffel Rd., Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The vacuum canopy shown on the site plan will require a separate address and permit. If this canopy is submitted as part of the building plans for the main car wash building, this address will be assigned at the time of building plan review. If this canopy is submitted separately, then the applicant should contact Enumerations prior to submitting building plans to establish an address to be used for those plans. Floodplain has no comment or objection. Brent Johnson Enumerations Plans Examiner Pikes Peak Regional Building Department O: 719-327-2888 E: brent@pprbd.org W: pprbd.org |
