1. Both the property owner (showing in Assessor's records as Corevet Investment Group, LLC) and the restaurant owner must be named as parties and sign the agreement.
2. No Exhibit B is necessary; easement will granted on Lot 1.
3. Please resubmit in Word for ease of editing.

With respect to the Detention Maintenance Agreement:
1. Len, please confirm that the proposed BMP is of a type for which the County requires this agreement.
2. If so, this is the wrong agreement template. This is for a Developer & Metro District, and applicant needs the template just for a Developer/Owner.
3. Make sure that the Agreement has the correct parties/signatories. The property owner must sign, as the document grants an easement on the property. If the party responsible for building the sand filter is different than the property owner, that party must also sign.
