Do not include the first two pages. Please upload the application in the application section with updated parcel number. This application is a Development sign for Carriage Meadows South at Lorson Ranch, please include only this proposed sign on your application, not any other signs that are included in another application. The code states: "A maximum of two development signs, per subdivision or development shall be allowed". "No development sign shall exceed 50 sf. neither the length, width, nor height of the sign shall exceed 12 ft." "Development signs shall be located no closer than 25 feet from a lot, parcel, or tract line. "No development sign shall be illuminated." "The display of development signs shall be limited to a period of 12 months or until the development or subdivision is substantially built out. At the expiration of the period, the signs shall be removed within 10 days." Include all of this in your next submittal. |
