At the time you obtain your building permit, an access permit will be required.

Engineering has no additional comments. We do recommend that the homeowner direct downspouts to discharge to the public ROW.

Please state in the letter of intent that there shall be no adverse effects to the drainage of the adjacent properties.

Please change the 6" easement shown on the site plan to a 6' easement.
