1. You have not requested that the easements be vacated. For this reason all easements will remain and no structures will be allowed in the easement area.
2. Add PCD file # V-18-004 to all documents.
3. Show the hydrocompaction area so that it could not be misconstrued as being removed by this action.
4. The property owner to the north was not notified.
5. The acreage is 1.68 and not 1.7.

In response to the proposed project this parcel will be subject to the Commercial Woodmen Road Metropolitan District Fee’s and mill levies

This parcel is already Platted no
Platting Fees due at time of final plat.
Woodmen Road has no objection to combining lot 9 and 10 for 14,800 Square Foot Building.
