Floodplain has the following comments:

1. Floodplains comments from the last round of comments have not been addressed. Enumerations/Floodplain cannot sign off on the mylar for this plat prior to the effective date of any LOMR which removes floodplain area from this parcel. Provide Floodplain Administrator Keith Curtis (keith@pprbd.org, 719-327-2898) with a case number and update on the CLOMR/LOMR process for this project.

Floodplain has the following comments:

1. What is the status of the CLOMR mentioned in the floodplain statement? It states that it was submitted in 2016 so there should have been some result on this application by now. Contact Floodplain Administrator Keith Curtis (keith@pprbd.org, 719-327-2898) with any questions or concerns regarding compliance with floodplain code for this project.
