1. Label the streets on both the aerial exhibit and site plan.

2. Will construction disturb more than an acre? If the project disturbs more than an acre the following documents maybe required:
- Erosion and Stormwater Quality Control Permit (ESQCP)
- Grading and Erosion Control Plan
- Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
- Financial Assurance Estimate (FAE)
- Drainage Letter
- O&M Manual for any proposed permanent BMP
- Signed Private Detention Pond BMP
