Enumerations has the following comments:

1. It is Enumerations understanding that street Fleece Flower Way will not extend past the intersection of Eagle Crest Court, please clarify. If this is accurate all building addresses for filing no 4 will be addressed from Meridian Road.
2. Show at the maximum how many tenant could occupy space in each building, even if that is not what might be projected at this time. Addressing at maximum needs to be set prior to plan submittal to Regional Building department for permit. See Secondary Addressing Guide on our website for guidance. This parcel is already Platted no Platting Fees due at time of final plat.

Building Permit Fees are due at time of Building Permit.
Building Permit Fees of $1.10/Sq Foot x 18,000 (Square Foot Building) = $19,800
