Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for the Front Range-Midway Solar Energy Facility, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Even though this project encompasses multiple parcels of land, it will be built in a single phase, so we would prefer to assign a single address to this project to use when submitting plans for review/permit. Due to the scale or this project, it is recommended that the developer request a pre-submittal consultation with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department so that any issues regarding this plan can be addressed beforehand.
