Review 4: 1. Comment to upload the Private Detention Basin Maintenance Agreement remains unresolved. Currently a word document with the text "Form will be uploaded once plans are approved." is provided. 2. The previous version of the Construction Drawings (plot date 8/10) included the GEC sheets as part of the set. Approval of the Construction Drawings would result in approval of the GEC sheets. However the latest Construction Drawings plan set removed the GEC sheets from the plan set (plot date 8/31). a. Return the GEC sheets to be a part of the Construction Drawings plan set (sheets ECGN01, EC01, EC02, ECDT01-ECDT04) and update the sheet index. Once this is complete then the plan set is ready for signatures. b. If the design engineer's intent is to provide a standalone GEC plan set then include a cover sheet with the signature blocks to the GEC plans. 3. Upload the following documents for approval with the engineer's signature and date of signature through the PE seal per the bylaws and rules of the state board of licensure (attached): - Drainage Report - Financial Assurance Estimate |

Final comments will be uploaded when PCD Engineering finishes review. Initial Comments include, lighting at property boundary is too high, must be a maximum of 0.1 foot candles, currently 0.2. Must show the ADA Route from the disabled parking spots into the structure on the site development plan. Parking meets current requirements for an elementary school, if a high school were to be proposed, parking required would increase to approximately 188 parking spots, plus an additional 6 handicap spots. |

The landscape design shows trees, etc., in the easement on the east side. No trees should be planted over the raw water line in that easement. Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District will not be responsible for any landscaping in the easement. All water and sanitary sewer will be installed according to Woodmen Hills specifications. |
