1. The site plan needs to provide the setbacks for all structures so that we may determine compliance. Aerial imagery will not be accepted for the site plan. 8/8/2018 1:45:27 PM

2. The proposed landscaping does not meet the LDC requirements listed in Chapter 6. Please either revise the landscaping plan, or submit an alternative landscape request in the letter of intent. The director may approve/deny this request.

Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for a dog kennel at 21910 Enoch Rd., Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The address of the existing building on this structure will not change with the change of use. However, any additional structures proposed in the future (i.e. new residence or other structures related to the business) will receive separate addresses.

Floodplain has the following comments:

1. There is FEMA identified floodplain area in the north-east corner of this parcel. Any future structures proposed in this area will need to comply with Regional Building Code section RBC313 (floodplain code). None of the current structures are affected by this floodplain area.
