The address of the existing building on this structure will not change with the change of use. However, any additional structures proposed in the future (i.e. new residence or other structures related to the business) will receive separate addresses. Floodplain has the following comments: 1. There is FEMA identified floodplain area in the north-east corner of this parcel. Any future structures proposed in this area will need to comply with Regional Building Code section RBC313 (floodplain code). None of the current structures are affected by this floodplain area.
