The request is to alter the alignment of the force main as depicted in the original map exhibit in application file no. AASI-15-3. The new alignment is north of the old alignment and is proposed to be within row, easements and three private land owners property. Project Manager has uploaded a map that identifies the easements necessary to construct the force main. The applicant has uploaded the easements. Staff has uploaded a map of the approved force main alignment in addition to the proposed alignment. Staff has also uploaded the 1041 criteria , pages 1-27 from the original 1041 approval. The applicant refers to the original criteria in justifying this amendment (section 4.201). Engineering is reviewing the utility plans and will provide comments shortly. |
