Driveway Access Permits will be required for both of the access points to confirm that the access meets requirements. Please clarify in your letter of intent if anticipated parking will be through the access onto the property or within the county right-of-way. |

1. You will be limited to what is included in the letter of intent and site plan. Any expansion or modification will require an amendment of the special use, or a new application. 2. The title commitment includes water restrictions through Wigwam Mutual Water Company. Please contact them to verify the proposed use does not conflict with these restrictions. 3. The site plan does not show all property lines, does not specify all use areas, and is difficult to read. Please revise the drawing as requested in the redlines to be uploaded after completion of the PCD Engineering division review. 4. The PCD Director may elevate the item to a public hearing when necessary. This item has not yet been elevated to public hearing. 5. The letter of intent does not outline how dogs are sold and the anticipated traffic generated by the use. Please add these details. |
