Special Warranty Deed-Water Rights - have been reviewed and are approved as drafted.

Please add the following note to Section 15.3 (Water) of the Covenants: "Applicants, their successors and assigns, shall ensure requirements of Colorado Ground Water Commission Determination of Water Right Nos. 516-BD and 517-BD are met, including that at least 4% of the amount of water withdrawn annually must be returned to the uppermost aquifer in the vicinity of the permitted point or points of withdrawal." With this addition - the covenants are approved as submitted.
