AL-05-017 allowed for a 50' stealth tower without expiration. Conditional approval that three 10' trees be planted and that the approved stealth design be maintained. A site inspection has been completed. Upon inspection we found the trees to be in place but the design does not match the approved design. Please add the light to the pole as required in AL-05-017. This file may be viewed in our archive files. Please notify our department once the improvement has been completed so that we may inspect and approve your request. |

A site inspection will be completed by Code Enforcement prior to approval to ensure these items have been maintained.
